Backup Agreement


Hosting and Reseller Services

1: We take automatic server backups every 7 days in our hosting and reseller services. However, these backups are solely for possible system failures. Customers are fully responsible for taking their own backups. Our company may share backups with customers as a gesture of goodwill.

2: In case of issues arising from hardware or software on Hosting, Reseller, and SEO Reseller servers, the service owner is solely responsible for maintaining their own backups. Our company holds no responsibility.

3: Automatic backups are only applicable for sites that do not exceed 5 GB. Sites exceeding 5 GB are excluded from the backup scope, and therefore, our company cannot be held responsible for any issues that may occur on these sites. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

Virtual Server Services

1: There is no backup service provided for our VPS and VDS services. Please note that customers are responsible for performing their own backup operations for any VPS and VDS services they use.

2: If the Customer Has Not Received a Paid Backup Service, Our Company Will Not Be Responsible.

Physical Server Services

1: There are absolutely no paid or free backup services available for physical servers that are rented or hosted.

2: All backup responsibilities lie solely with the user renting or hosting the server. Our company will not assume any responsibility under any circumstances.



Accounts with an overdue payment period of 14 days are deleted from the servers. Therefore, as the backups of these deleted accounts are also removed, customers cannot request backups after the end of the service period. For this reason, our company cannot be held responsible for any potential issues arising from this process.
